The founding pilot is built around an unfamiliar operating case, individual evidence and a defended handover—not passive course completion.
Scope the right workflow
Define the baseline, decision owner, non-AI alternative and conditions that should stop the work.
Build and evaluate
Test access, tool boundaries, failure handling and accepted outcomes before making a capability claim.
Operate with control
Make activation state, approval, monitoring, rollback and incident ownership visible.
Transfer and improve
Leave an accountable owner, a usable operating pack and evidence that can improve the next engagement.
What the founding pilot does—and does not—claim
Preparation is active. Dates, price, faculty and admissions will be published only after the corresponding readiness checks are complete.
Platform-neutral core
Learners may use an approved platform route. FAOS is not a prerequisite.
Assessed practice
The pilot records knowledge checked, practice assessed and workplace-transfer evidence separately.
