What Advisory does
- Research, analysis and judgment on one decision.
- Name the decision, the role accountable for it, and the requirement behind the request.
- Qualify the request: a named decision owner, data that is reachable and permitted, a baseline to measure against, and whether a good result would change what the organization actually does.
Commercial form: a fixed deliverable or a scoped retainer.
